Weisswurst is a sausage made from finely minced veal, pork bacon and spices. It is manufactured early in the morning and eaten before noon, served with sweet mustard, a Brezel and White Beer. Weisswurst is a traditional dish in Munich, however it can be bought at good butcher shops in the southern and middle parts of Germany. It is an excellent second breakfast.
