Carsten Höller’s slides continue the extraordinary series of installations in Turbine hall of Tate Modern. I can’t remember the last time I have heard so many people screaming and laughing in an art exhibition. Besides this, “Flowers & Questions – A Retrospective” by the Swiss artists Peter Fischli and David Weiss is absolutely worth seeing. The exhibition brings together photographs, videos, slide projections, installations and sculptures by the two artists. It is especially interesting to see very recent series of works. However I was happy to watch the Rat and Bear films again. Flowers and Questions is the most exciting exhibition I have seen since the Martin Kippenberger show at the beginning of the year. Carsten Höllers Rutschbahnen setzen die Reihe der auÃergewöhnlichen Installationen in der Turbine Hall der Tate Gallerie fort. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern jemals so viele Besucher einer Ausstellung schreien und lachen gehört zu haben. AuÃerdem ist die Ausstellung “Flowers & Questions – A Retrospective” der Schweizer Künstler Peter Fischli und David Weiss sehenswert. Gezeigt werden Fotografien, Videos, Dia Projektionen, Installationen und Skulpturen. Es ist interessant ganz neue Arbeiten der beiden Künstler zu sehen. Besonders gefreut hat mich aber, die Ratte und Bär Filme mal wieder anzuschauen. Flowers & Questions ist die spannendste Ausstellung, die ich seit der Martin Kippenberger Werkschau Anfang des Jahres gesehen habe.
Oh das ist doch diese Rutschen-Installation von diesem deutschen Künstler in der Tate Gallery in London, oder? Hat das Rutschen Spaà gemacht? Sehr schön gewählter Bildauschnitt!
Richtig. Das sind Carsten Höllers Rutschbahnen. Man muà für die langen Rutschen von ganz oben zwar eine Ticket lösen und lange Schlange stehen, aber allen macht es viel SpaÃ.
Right! these are the slides in Tate Modern by Carsten Höller. On has to get a ticket for the long slides and then there is a long queue, but everybody has a lot of fun.

Wish I was a little closer to the tate, to experience the “simultaneous delight and anxiety” of the slide.
