I love the contrasts in this image. The rainbow splash of graffit in the front contrasted against the message in the background. The serene happiness of the girl in the painting vs the drab blackness of the girl walking past. Was it an intentional setup or did girl in the foreground just happen to be there?
I really like this photograph and the framing you've chosen. Except that perhaps cropping out that half-cut-off man in the background might have been more suitable.
